Kimberly Adams, Managing Director, is Clarion’s Head of Alternatives. She is responsible for spearheading the development and execution of Clarion’s alternative property sector strategies. Kim is a member of the Firm’s Executive Board and Equity Investment Committee. Before joining Clarion in 2024, Kim spent 22 years at JPMorgan and served as the senior portfolio manager of JPMorgan’s flagship open end real estate core fund, with over $35B in GAV. Earlier in her career, she was as an asset manager at LaSalle Investment Management and PGIM. Kim currently serves on the board of PREA, the PREA Foundation, and is the Chairman of Northwestern’s Kellogg Real Estate Advisory Council. She is also active in ULI, serving as a Global Governing Trustee and co-chair of Chicago’s WLI chapter.
